Over 6 coaching sessions, we’ll focus on discovering your personal traps and triggers—what tends to throw you off course—and develop strategies to overcome them. You’ll also gain insight into the specific traits that explain why you stick to certain habits or tend to misalign with others. Lastly, we’ll explore whether you’re a "messy taker" or a "messy giver" and how to find balance between these tendencies to improve your overall well-being.

Advanced Coaching: Transformative Action + Emergency Support
Ready to go all in? The advanced plan includes everything in the basic and intermediate packages, but with 9 coaching sessions to ensure long-term success. You’ll also gain insights into whether you’re more of a morning person or night owl and how to align your schedule with your natural energy patterns. Plus, you’ll have 2 emergency sessions to tackle any unexpected life hurdles. Whether it’s a last-minute pivot or a sudden challenge, we’ll deal with it head-on to ensure you stay on track.
